Although I never physically met her, Ms. Susan Rogney took care of my accommodations at the Maritim Hotel in Wurzburg, providing a great experience. Having a window overlooking the river with a view of the glowing castle was quite special. I went on from there to meet with Ms. Sabine Cumiskey who was a consummate professional. Upon my entry she ensured that I was made comfortable and treated with dignity and respect. The process was very smooth, informative and uplifting. I regret that I do not recall the name of her assistant who made sure I got my zoll documents and was on the road without much inconvenience. It is not often that one has an experience that is so positive throughout. The best part was the big smile on my face for the 162km drive home in my new BMW 430i Gran Coupe. Thank you all.
